The project included extensive refurbishment of
historic buildings within the park area. The Keeper’s Lodge
that had fallen into a poor state of repair was completely restored.
Other works included new glazing, leadwork and general repairs
to an Orangery; repair of one stone and brick pavilion and the
construction of a matching replica and refurbishment and dry rot
repairs to another lodge. The project incorporated the recreation
of the historic landscape, resurfacing, provision of new street
furniture, clearing and the planting of trees and specimen shrubs.
