Working to tight schedules and deadlines, this country property
benefited from substantial internal and external refurbishment,
repairs and additions.
Works included a first floor extension adding two
bathrooms and a dressing room to the property and a new porch
to match the existing brickwork. The attic space was converted
to provide an additional bedroom, study and bathroom, retaining
the original roof beams as a decorative feature. The property
boasts a new spiral staircase with Italian marble being used for
the lounge’s new feature fireplace and the bathroom suites.
The property was substantially re-decorated with fine details
and finishes.
