Contract Management:
Management of large-scale projects on historic buildings
often demands much of contractors. William Anelay has the experience
and expertise to co-ordinate individual specialists, ensure that
substantial areas of work are undertaken to meet tight deadlines
whilst ensuring the highest of
quality standards are maintained. In many cases, the projects
undertaken are funded from various sources including the public
purse, charitable organisations, trusts, regional and European
development funds or lottery grants; often a combination of several.
We therefore understand the importance of synergy, accountability
and delivering best value for money.
Conversely, we understand that smaller scale projects
such as a private home require the same level of commitment to
ensure that standards are maintained and that target dates are
achieved to the Client’s satisfaction.
The Company’s contract management capability
combines modern management systems and techniques with wide direct
technical experience and our own in-house craft skills to particularly
good effect.
