S. Hall, Ripon:
The contract involved major internal re-ordering of this eight-bedroomed (all with en-suite) mansion house including re-wiring, plumbing, heating and plastering. The existing coach houses were restored and refurbished to provide a first floor gymnasium and ground floor garages. The exterior of the property received render fabric repairs and was re-decorated to its original condition. A large indoor swimming pool was built in the courtyard area of the ground and is pictured below. The owners of this lovely property lived in a building adjacent to the main house whilst works were being carried out.
