Timber Framed, Dismantling & Reconstruction:

William Anelay has been involved in a number of projects that required repairs or replacements to timber framed buildings either as a result of natural deterioration or because of inner city redevelopments, which necessitated in the relocation of protected buildings. In some cases it has been necessary to dismantle and re-fix internal panelling.

In addition to timber-framed properties, William Anelay has overseen the dismantling, numbering of each piece and the shipment of stone built properties, for example relocating Scottish Churches to the Far East.

Our project managers are experienced in ensuring that as little disruption occurs as possible to either the owner of the property or the general public.
